Reinstating an Expired Salesforce Account

This is the process for reactivating the 30 day trial period after it has expired.

It is necessary to contact the Salesforce.com Foundation if your organization’s user license expires after the 30 day trial period. Simply send an email to crmdonation@salesforce.com explaining the situation and your request to renew it for another 30 days. Include in the email a copy of the organization’s 501c3 IRS determination letter. This information may also be faxed to 415.592.3468.
